Tamar has an amazing way about her.  She's gentle with you and coaches you to do the same with yourself, but she never tells you what to do.  She leaves that up to you, which I found is key for me as the changes I've made are mine alone and as a result are permanent, positive life changes.  I look forward to working with her for years to come!
